A fourth generation farm located in Blairstown, Race Farm offers fresh produce, local meats, baked goods, homemade soups and salads, fresh pressed cider, and more!
Started in 1938 by Carl and Flora Race, the farm was passed on to their son Carl and his wife Joyce in 1970. Carl and Joyce modernized the farm and began a pick your own operation, as well as a road stand on Rt. 94. Decades later, they passed the farm onto their son Doug, who runs the farm with the help of his wife Jeanny, his mother Joyce, daughter Devin and son Ryan – as well as numerous family and friends who help make the farm a labor of love.
The farm market offers a great selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as seasonal greenhouses full of perennials, annuals, fruit and vegetable plants and gardening supplies. At Race Farm, you’ll find a wide range of seasonal crops, homemade baked goods, soups, pastas, jams, jellies and more, as well as local grass fed beef, poultry and dairy products.
